Description
Every driver of commercial motor vehicle (> 10,000 lbs GVWR, > 8 passengers, or placarded for HM) must record his/her hours every day. This driver’s log sheet contains the 11 required entries and is to be carried with the driver for at least the previous 7 days. The motor carrier must keep a record of the driver’s time (on and off duty) for 6 months.
